What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that some oversized furniture pieces may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Shop Cribsi ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international destinations soon.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Fragile items happen! If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
