At Shop Cribsi, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If a product doesn't quite fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
